Wen Hsiang's core processing services include lathing and milling for parts, including gears, motor shafts, and other machinery parts. On top of traditional lathing and milling processing for machinery parts, our gear hobbing and grinding services enable us to provide the customer with versatile offers in gear shapes and process heat-treated parts. To ensure all-round services, Wen-Hsiang teams up with Youdo, which provides gear-grinding services. To improve the hardness of our machined parts, we collaborate with our partners providing heat treatment.
Wen-Hsiang's automatic production lines are high-speed, reliable, and high-precision. Our factory is equipped with high precision processing machinery. Our machines for lathing, milling, gear hobbing, and grinding are from well-known Taiwanese, German, and Japanese companies such as e-Tech, VictorTaichung, Koefer, Liebherr, and Toyoda.
The whole machining process is carefully monitored and controlled, from raw material inspection, automatic cutting, CNC precision lathing, milling, grinding, and hobbing. CNC Horizontal Lathing Service
Wen-Hsiang's CNC horizontal lathing machines are equipped with robotic arms and highly automatic. The flatbed lathes also feature high stability and therefore ensures the quality and precision of the outcome. Based on the metal raw material, we decide the best cutting tools for knurling, drilling, and facing.

Milling Service
Wen-Hsiang's milling workshop is equipped with vertical machining centers (VMCs). The vertical milling machines shape metal into a predetermined form, particularly details on a 3D part, from small parts such as keyways and slots to large components such as mist separators. At Wen-Hsiang, we have well-trained and experienced mechanics who are equipped with technical knowledge of gears and motor shafts and familiar with operating vertical machining centers.
